Cormorant is one of Ontario's fastest-growing power solution companies — four divisions, one team, and a project pipeline that runs from 500 kV transmission corridors to data centres, mines, and remote northern communities. Come do the most interesting work of your career.
Cormorant is building the workforce behind Ontario's energy future — in the field, in the office, and everywhere in between. Find your path.
Skilled Trades & Field Staff
The grid doesn't build itself. Powerline technicians, equipment operators, and field crews are the front line of everything we do — working at heights, underground, and across some of Ontario's most ambitious energy projects. Earn while you learn, master a licensed trade, and build a career that keeps communities powered.
Experienced Professionals
Twenty years of legacy expertise, one growing team. If you're an engineer, estimator, project manager, or operations leader ready to shape Ontario's power infrastructure — not just work on it — this is where your experience counts.
Students & New Graduates
Start where the energy is. From apprenticeships to engineering co-ops, we invest early in people who want to solve real problems on real infrastructure. You'll get mentorship from crews and leaders who've built their careers here — and you’ll find room to build yours.
Work that matters.
The province is electrifying, and Cormorant is building the infrastructure behind it. Transmission lines, substations, data-centre power, renewables, and custom equipment — the projects you work on here keep the lights on for millions of people.
Room to grow.
Four divisions under one roof means more paths than a typical contractor can offer. Apprentices become leads. Field professionals move into project management. Engineers move across construction, services, and manufacturing without changing employers.
Everyone goes home safe.
Safety isn't a slogan here — it's pre-job planning, stop-work authority for every person on site, and a culture where looking out for each other is the job. Our goal is zero lost-time incidents, every project, every day.
